Biography
Born and raised in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Lindsay N. Kistler attended the University of Oklahoma and graduated in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in political science with a minor in philosophy. After working for a year at a small law firm, Lindsay attended the University of Oklahoma College of Law, graduating in 2016 with honors. During her time in law school, Lindsay served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Oklahoma Law Review in addition to competing on two moot court teams. Lindsay was awarded the Outstanding Third Year Law Student Award by the Oklahoma Bar Association, and upon graduation, she was inducted into the Order of the Coif for graduating in the top 10% of the class, the Order of the Barristers for being one of the top 10 oral advocates for the class, and the Order of the Scribes for being one of the top writers of the class.
Upon graduation, Lindsay joined a large firm in downtown Oklahoma City where she represented primarily companies in both commercial and employment disputes and lawsuits filed in state and federal court. After over five years at the large firm, Lindsay started her own solo practice in 2022 where she continues to serve her clients with a variety of matters, including pre-litigation disputes, state and federal cases, arbitrations, and contract negotiations. Most recently, and for the third year in a row, Lindsay was selected by her peers for inclusion in the 2024 edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for her expertise in Labor and Employment Law—Management.
